1. What is Racing Live Streaming Service?

   Racing Live Streaming Service provides free live racing video and audio for our selected customers via this website, Priority Speedbet, HKJC TV App and Classic 3-in-1. Selected customers can enjoy live horse races coverage and other racing information after logging into one of the webcast channels with computers or mobile devices that fulfill system requirements.

2. Do I need to pay for this service?

   The Club does not charge any fee for this service. However, playing multimedia contents on mobile network requires high data usage which may incur charges from your mobile network service provider.

3. What is the program lineup and schedule?

4. Is there a time delay between the actual event and its webcast?

   Yes, there is a time delay. The latency may vary depending on the network connection speed, login location and device type. Refer to the table below for latency details (for reference only):

7. Can I play a webcast program on multiple channels simultaneously?

   No, a Betting Account can only log into one webcast channel at a time. If you try to log into another channel when playing a webcast program, the ongoing program will be suspended and the first channel will be forced to log out.
