      Live Racing Web TV is only applicable to iOS version 1.22.3 or above and Android App version 1.18.1 or above. Please upgrade your app first, and then you can see the related buttons after login.

    1. How do I play live racing web TV via Classic 3-in-1 (Android/iOS App) , Mobile TV Channel (HKJC TV App) or Racing Touch (Android/iPad app)?

      Selected customers may refer to the steps below:

      Classic 3-in-1 (Android/iOS App) 1. Install or upgrade Classic 3-in-1 (Android App version 1.18.1 or above; iOS App version 1.22.3 or above)
      2. Log in with HKJC Login Name or Betting Account Number


      3. Tap the Live Racing Web TV icon above the Update Time when there is a race, then tap “Video” or “Audio”


      4. Video will start playing. Tap “<” on the live video screen to switch to betting odds page; tap “Data Saver”, “Standard Quality” or “High Definition” on the player setting menu to select video quality

      Mobile TV Channel (HKJC TV App) 1. Install or upgrade to Mobile TV Channel (HKJC TV App (Android) 1.10.0 or above; HKJC TV App (iOS): 1.10.2 or above)
      2. Log in with Login Name / Betting Account Number


      3. ”Live Tile” will be shown on the “Live” page when the broadcast soon to be started. You can select the language, and click the “Live Tile” to enjoy the racing live streaming.

      Racing Touch (Android / iPad App) 1. Install or upgrade to Racing Touch (Android App 1.10.3 or above ; iPad App 1.15.6 or above)
      2. Log in with Login Name/ Betting Account Number


      3. Click , then press Video and Audio under Live Streaming



      4. Video will start playing. Tap “Back” on the live video screen to switch to betting odds page; tap “SQ”, “HQ” or “HD” to select video quality

    2. How do I find the live racing program schedule in Classic 3-in-1 (Android/iOS App) , Mobile TV Channel (HKJC TV App) or Racing Touch (Android/iPad app)?

      Classic 3-in-1 (Android/iOS App) Method 1：After login, press then can find next live racing program time under Video and Audio button.


      Method 2:After login, tap “More” and then tap “Live Race Schedule”

      Mobile TV Channel (HKJC TV App) iPhone/Android devices
      Open App, then select “Live Calendar”


      iPad
      Open App, then select “Live Calendar”.

      Racing Touch Before/ after login, press the icon at left upper corner , then select Live Streaming. Next live racing program time under Video and Audio button.

    3. How do I change the video quality setting?

      (Not available for HKJC TV App)

      Live Video can be played with standard quality (SQ) , high quality (HQ) or high density (HD). SQ is suggested if the network connection is slow. If the network connection is very unstable, you are advised to switch to Live Audio.
      Original video quality setting: HQ for Wi-Fi; SQ for mobile network
      To change the setting:

      1. Go to “Settings”
      2. Select your preferred video quality under “Live Video Quality”
      3. Tap “Save” on the top right corner (Your preferred video quality will be selected by default whenever you play a program after saving)

    4. How do I change the webcast language setting?

      Most live video and audio programs offer Cantonese, Putonghua and English soundtracks.

      To change the setting:

      1. Go to “Settings”
      2. Select your preferred video/audio language under “Live Webcast Language”
      3. Tap “Save” on the top right corner (Your preferred language will be selected by default whenever you play a program, irrespective of the App’s display language)

    5. The program was halted and an error message of “Session expired. Please login again.” popped up after playing a racing program. What should I do?

      Classic 3-in-1 will be forced to log out if there is no action detected within 30 minutes. You can find the “Video” and “Audio” buttons again after re-login. To avoid forced logout, please touch the screen at least once every 29 minutes.
